Our Teaching Philosophy:
Miss Sue's Future Scholars provides quality childcare, as well as developmentally appropriate programs for children infant through school age. MSFS strives to provide a stable, safe, and caring environment in which children develop social, cognitive, fine and gross motor skills.
Miss Sue's Future Scholars believes that a learning environment that provides opportunities for exploration and discovery is imperative for children to learn. The children have their days filled with activities planned to promote community awareness, self-awareness, and awareness of the environment around them. Interest centers are designed to enhance the learning experiences throughout the day.
Children will begin to build trust, learn social skills, begin mastery of academic skills and develop self-esteem during the early stages of their lives. Here at MSFS I will encourage this growth.

About Miss Sue:
Miss Sue's Future Scholars is a privately held cooperation run by its owner, Susan A. Horton. Miss Sue has over 25+ years of experience and an advanced degree in Early Education. Here at MSFS we never lose sight of the fact that parents have entrusted the care and education of their children to us. We owe both students and parents the best education possible and that is exactly what we do!
Miss Sue has been happily married for 30 years to Mr. Horton and has two amazing daughters, Heather & Holly and 4 grandchildren Bella, Landyn, Madison and AJ. Miss Sue enjoys her free time relaxing near the ocean and visiting NH.
